I had made my appointment at 2:30 pm, and it was rescheduled at 10:15 am, I called and they informed me that 1:45 is the latest for new patients, if you cannot do 2:30 like it is advertised on your website then remove it from the options, on the booking process the question about me being a new patient or returning is BEFORE the times, so if it is not possible then do not offer it.
Also, it would be professional that when you do those changes you contact the patient, not just make changed like you own their time. You provide a service for people that more likely are concern about something and to have to be checking every other day if they have changed or modified the appointment is added stress to your patients, who I thought their health and well being is your number one priority, you as a company failed incredible, and I saw this across multiple reviews and still gave you the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and did an appointment at my lowest moment just to be ignored and mistreated. So sad you do this to NEW customers, I can't imagine what you do to the returning ones.

This is the nicest womens health office I have been to. All the front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming. Dr. Martin was very nice as well and made me feel comfortable with my wellness exam. I will continue going to this office in the future...Thank you too all.

They were on time with appointment. Had to fill out paperwork in clinic as a new patient but it was not long at all and they got me started with the doctor pretty much right after I finished. The staff was very nice and respectful. I felt very comfortable and felt like the doctor listened to me and provided great service. I would highly recommend this office to every one!

Dr. Sanchi is the best. She is caring and up-to-date on the newest information. She changed my life introducing me to Biote.

She is all about charging the extras she is selling in her office which is not covered by insurance.
Very uncaring! I had to do a breast biopsy, the radiology called me and gave me the results which was normal.
Shortly after I receive a call from her office to make an appointment to go
over the results. I explained I don't want to pay an office visit to find out about my results. The lady on the phone said but she will not give you the results unless you make an appointment because they were abnormal. I informed her I already received the phone call from the radiology informing me everything was normal.
This is a very unethical practice!

I’m very happy with Dr. Senchani. Her approach and treatment decisions have been excellent. She’s very professional and pleasantly friendly. Dr. Senchani is a great problem solver and always thinking of my well-being. I recently relocated to Florida, from Pennsylvania and needed to find new doctors. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Senchani.
